I am a mechanical design engineer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in 3D modeling, developing concepts, and creating technical documentation using Solid Edge. I have participated in a wide range of projects, from designing complex machines and mechanical components to creating precise technical drawings for production and assembly. My expertise covers the entire design process – from the initial concept to detailed CAD 2D and 3D models, including performing simulations and analyses aimed at optimizing designs. I am passionate about transforming client ideas into innovative and effective engineering solutions, ensuring both functionality and precision. My achievements include: Design and strength calculations, as well as conducting measurements of stresses and deformations in load-bearing structures of trailers, agricultural trailers, and large agricultural vehicles. My work included designing specialized trailers for transporting crops and fertilizer application systems. As a result, I was able to reduce the weight of the vehicles while maintaining key technical parameters such as load capacity and durability. Designing a series of agricultural machines with interchangeable bodies. I developed an innovative solution with a chassis compatible with various bodies, including platforms for transporting bales, dump bodies for rear and side tipping, and fertilizer application systems. The interchangeable body system reduced equipment purchase costs, allowing for the use of multiple bodies on one chassis. Comprehensive design of street sweepers for the municipal sector, optimizing the construction and functionality of machines used in difficult urban conditions. Design of steel pipe shelving systems for the industrial sector, ideal for creating workstations, racks, trolleys, and other lean manufacturing solutions. My projects focused on optimizing workspace utilization and enhancing work efficiency. Experience in designing and executing smaller projects, such as accessories for agricultural machinery and bike baskets and racks. In these projects, I was responsible for both the design and the preparation of technical documentation, as well as overseeing the production process. Hello! I'm a recent graduate looking to gain experience and develop my skills. I have experience in product design and LEAN manufacturing. I've worked with sheet metal, milling, and turning to design everything from custom hardware to electronics enclosures. I apply DFM principles to reduce scrapped parts and cost. I thoroughly enjoy learning how things are made and strive to find the best method for each piece I design. I have used LEAN principles to reduce waste and create JIT manufacturing environments.
